Rosemary was constantly in launch mode, which left her feeling overwhelmed and unable to focus. Her calendar and email were bogging her down, making it difficult to prioritize tasks. As a visionary with many ideas, she struggled to decide where to focus her energy and resources for the best impact.
Strategic Mapping Insights
Clarity in Vision. We added clear economic objectives to Rosemary’s vision, providing a solid framework for decision-making. If a potential project or idea didn’t align with these economic goals, it was an automatic no. This helped streamline her focus and ensured that her efforts were always driving her business forward.
Product Development. We determined that all roads should lead to her primary coaching services rather than dispersing efforts across multiple mini offers. We redesigned her funnels to channel all products and services towards promoting her coaching programs, maximizing her core offering’s impact and profitability.
Team Growth. To alleviate the administrative burden and support her growth, we identified the need to hire a bookkeeper and executive assistant. These roles would help manage her calendar, email, and other administrative tasks, allowing Rosemary to focus on her visionary work and client engagement.
Building Operational Efficiencies with SOPs. With one person handling most tasks, there were no clear procedures for delegation, making it hard to scale. To address this, we’re creating a library of standard operating procedures (SOPs) using Tango.us to document processes. This makes it easier to onboard new team members and delegate tasks. It also frees up time for strategic growth and improving overall efficiency.
